Rolston Johnson and Dan Ford set forth over 50 years ago with a vision in mind; great sales and marketing aptitudes. After a lot of years of hard sweat equity, they have built an organization prepared to face the challenges that will lead them into the "Next Generation".

From the very start, we've made customer service and follow-through our number one priority, and then used this environment to attract and retain the finest, most talented people in the industry. It is a formula that continues to be at the forefront of everything we do. This is one reason why our succession plan involves an Employee Stock Ownership Plan whereby the associates will, over the course of the next decade, own approximately 50% of the corporation.

In the most recent years, Rolston and Dan have dedicated much time and effort to the growth and development of their management team; so the Butler-Johnson tradition can continue on for decades to come.
