With 11 sales associates covering specific territory and segment areas, we are able to provide our customers with a full menu of value-added services including customized product training sessions, product specification assistance as well as fabrication and installation training and support. In addition, our Customer Service Team and the individuals in our Premium Surfaces Support Center are a dedicated team available to provide contact information for our network of retailers, to answer product or technical questions and to fulfill requests for samples and literature.
Our in-house Marketing Department supports the sales efforts through the creation of a wide variety of marketing materials including customized brochures, point-of-sale displays, product manuals and press releases. Our services include providing product logos, high-resolution photos, as well as assisting in creation of advertisements for publications and/or newspapers. We are also available to assist with the creation of promotional marketing materials. And, we have established relationships with dependable suppliers who can assist with customized literature, direct mail campaigns, showroom photography, or provide a wide variety of promotional items at competitive prices including caps, shirts, jackets, pens, signs, banners and more. We are always available to help our customers promote their own businesses.
Easy product ordering.

Timely and accurate deliveries.
With over fifty years of sales and service in the Northern California and greater Reno market areas, Butler-Johnson is well respected for its distribution excellence. One unique service we offer is our after-hours delivery service. We can deliver products after hours, right into our customers' facilities, so that they have what they need for the next business workday. Because of the long-term relationships we've established with our customers, over 500 of them allow us to gain access to their facilities during off-hours. This is a prime example of how much they respect and trust Butler-Johnson.
